The Inaugural Arlington Million 1981
On Sunday August 30, 1981, 30,367 fans watched at Arlington Park, as John Henry won the inaugural race over The Bart. The finish was immortalized by the statue of John and The Bart located in the paddock area. Thanks to Wendy U. in MI for the use of her photos!
